Classique Gourmet is an Australian-owned gourmet food manufacturing company based at Caringbah, south of Sydney, New South Wales.  From its humble beginnings of producing just a handful of high-quality pastry products in 2008, the company now has an excellent range of delicious and ready to serve gourmet products including our famous GOLD AWARD WINNING GLUTEN FREE PIES.  Also included in our range are value-added products i.e. balsamic vinegars, condiments, crisp bread, breakfast cereals, and mouthwatering ovenable finger foods and pasta.  We take pride in making the very best; many of our products are handcrafted using the very best and the freshest of ingredients.

Our products are available in many Australian shops and also exported to countries in China, Philippines, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Thailand, and the Middle East.



Classique Gourmet, through the Edwards family, has captured this Australian food Heritage for nearly 100 years.

Martin Edwards is a third Generation Pastry Chef and a GOLD MEDAL AWARD Winning PASTRY CHEF.

He was awarded four (4) gold medals for his GLUTEN FREE PIES  at the GREAT AUSSIE PIE COMPETITION 2017.
